It was a great honor to participate in “The Fourth A3 Roundtable Meeting on Chemical Probe Research Hub” in Sendai, Japan from Nov. 18 to 21, 2019. It was an unforgettable experience. I would like to thank Prof. Eunha Kim for giving me the opportunity to attend such a wonderful meeting and Prof. Minoru Ueda for inviting me to Sendai.
The title of my presentation was “Development of Theragnostic Tool Using NIR Fluorescence Probe Targeting Mitochondria in Glioma Cells”. I was very nervous because it was my first time to make an announcement in English abroad, but it became a great experience. Some questions and advices were very helpful to make my research better. Listening to session by famous researcher was wonderful experience and helped me understand various field of chemical biology. And I thought that I have to study more and do my best for my research.
In the dinner time, people could sit down and have a chance to get close regardless of nationality and gender. It was a great experience for me to have a chance to learn about the country and research field by meeting various people. It will be an unforgettable memory for me. During the A3 meeting, I learned a lot and met various researchers to create unforgettable memories.
I sincerely appreciate Prof. Seung Bum Park, Prof. Minoru Ueda, and Prof. Jinhua Qi for holding wonderful A3 meeting and giving me an opportunity to attend this wonderful meeting. And I appreciate Junko Hoshi and Prof. Ueda’s students for their hard work during this period.
